Sexy Sundays : Simplicity

So what should a guy have other than a hard on and a tub of protein. Singlets/Tank Tops, or whatever you call them. Easy to pull off and nothing is more comfortable than wearing one around especially on a scorching hot day. Which just happens to be Everyday in Malaysia, wonderful. In any case, they match with almost anything and everything you have in mind. Wear it as it is, wear a shirt over, tuck it in, our put it out, you can be sure it'll look decent.

I always believe in simplicity so I don't mind putting on a singlet/tanktop and a pair of jeans and head out, but everyone has their preferences and you might be abit more creative! I personally prefer plain designs, at the most a print on the front or back. Nothing too colorful or outstanding. But like i said, everyone has their own seperate preferences.

AND NO YOU DON'T NEED A BODY TO PULL IT OFF. It's how you wear it, not who wears it.



Aztec Prints, i consider even this abit too much design, but i still love it.

So start getting yours! Neither is it expensive nor is it hard to find. Try to get a suitable cut for yourself cause not ALL singlets/tanktops have nice cuttings. Some just make you look like a douchebag so becareful there! Have fun

Fit Fridays : Serious Mass

Hello, sorry to have been missing in action for awhile. The holiday mood got to me good. Alright so 4 weeks ago, my giant bag of Optimum Nutrition : SERIOUS MASS!



This shit lives up to its name i kid you not. If you guys didn't already know, my metabolism rate is through the roof and into space. It is impossible for me to gain any weight through a regular diet and my fat percentage is 1.0-2.0%. Basically i'm a really really hard gainer! Previously i have tried True-mass, Weight Gainer and some other stuff and they all had no effect on my weight. AT ALL. But in the 3 weeks that I was on this product, i have gained 4kgs! INSANEBALLZ. Seriously, I have never been so happy to gain weight in my lifeee. The gains are pretty visible too. So yeah, to all you hard gainers out there who are finding it hard to put on weight like me, this will do the job i shit you not. But like all other things, you need discipline! Make sure you keep to your diet plan and ALWAYS take 2-3 servings a day.

This is how I personally consume the product.

i) pour some water into your tumbler.
ii) add one scoop of serious mass into the tumbler and let it set, meaning you wait a minute or two.
iii) top up the water till about 16-18oz and shake it like a polaroid picture.
iv) leave it for about 2-3 minutes and it should be good to go.

i like to let it set and leave it for a few minutes because that ensures a good mix. I don't like my drink clumpy and to feel like i'm eating the powder rather than drinking it. if you still have lumps in your shake, wait longer. Oh and btw my scoop was HUGE, i don't know if everyone gets the same but my scoop was the size of my fist!

I take it 3 times a day. Once before breakfast, once 30 minutes after my workout, and one more before i sleep. Since i usually workout 4-5 times a week, that means i take it quite a number of times a week. On days that i Don't workout, i only drink it twice
